MidPoint Music Festival continues its 10-year tradition on the region's frontline of music exploration. MidPoint's embrace of emerging artists reflects the same pioneering ethic of Cincinnati's celebrated music history and its present day music-makers. Attendance has grown along with the buzz, jumping from 13,500 in 2008 to more than 22,000 in 2011. Sales of three-day MPMF wristbands were up significantly last year, and overall box office receipts have doubled since 2008.
